Your listing has been removed: Rules on counterfeit items
good morning everyone, I just wanted to know how I can send an email to eBay with the purchase invoice attached.
I listed D&G perfume and AFTER 2 SALES it was removed. ??
We had to remove your listing because it did not comply with our Counterfeit Items Policy. eBay does not allow the sale of counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.
I have 2 invoices for these products, 1000% original. this is a normal case. or how can I list them differently so they won't be removed in the future. (1 day 50 views 2 sales and because my price was very good) thanks

Mentore2 years agoYou sell items qualified as "new" and you're a private individual, so you shouldn't be doing that, let alone selling all the new perfumes - with variants - that you sell, without being a dealer. If the companies notice, they'll close your account.

Mentore2 years agoInvoices? Under what heading, since you say you're a private individual??
It would be best not to insist... at the next closure you risk being expelled.
Get yourself in order, as Mario advised!
Kind regards.

Mentore2 years agoAlmost certainly, as a private individual, you do not have the sales rights for those perfume brands. You were reported by the authorized sellers to whom you are posing unfair competition, the ones who pay taxes and fees as professional sellers.
Get yourself in order, with a professional account and VAT number, request the concessions to sell the brands and you'll see they won't cause you any more problems.
