Hello. I sold a new, sealed Amazon Ring on eBay.I set returns not accepted. The user now would like a return because in their opinion the item is defective.I’m sure they aren’t able to install it or their intercom isn’t compatible.They opened and used the item, which was new and sealed, so I don’t think it’s possible to accept it as a return..How do you recommend I proceed?Thanks
