The buyer purchased with pickup in the area
Good evening, I received the order with payment for an item with pickup in the area. When it came time to arrange the pickup, the buyer tells me they want it shipped. I ask them to cancel the order and redo it with shipping method and address. To this day, I haven't heard anything else. How should I handle this?
