Hello, I sold some comics in Brazil, the buyer stopped the payment for item not received and Ebay refunded him despite the report of fraudulent behavior, because the package was delivered about ten days after the refund. I contacted the buyer for payment, but he is not responding. Can any of you advise me on how to get back what was unfairly taken from me? I think this is an abuse. It is right that Ebay protects buyers, but in this case the defrauded seller is not protected at all.
