The problem is that eBay provided me with an invalid shipping address for the buyer, with a fake name. The buyer is not responding to messages.

I have to ship the package within 24 hours, what should I do in this case?

Wait for the buyer to respond and, if they don’t, cancel the sale.

When a seller can cancel an order

A seller can cancel an order if:

The buyer asks to cancel the order and the seller has not yet shipped the item
The buyer has not paid within the allowed time
The buyer used the wrong shipping address when they completed the purchase
The item is out of stock (this will result in a transaction defect)
