The buyer paid for an item that was part of a collection of 140 items, all different from one another. I asked four times which one they wanted, without getting a response. What do I do?

Mentore1 year agoYou should redo the listing properly.
You can’t say in the title that you’re selling a collection and then ask in the description to choose one piece.
From the point of view of communication in Italian, you would have sold the entire collection and not a single piece.
The listing title should refer to a vintage Swatch and then explain that you can choose it from many, even better use the listing with variations, where the choice is made from a drop-down menu.
