A user chose shipping via my courier and I offered to send it at my own expense. But then they chose the in-person pickup option. Yet they are asking for shipping anyway and for the courier tracking number. That seems strange to me because I can’t scan the pickup barcode. They say they always do it like that, but I’ve never done it
