The buyer hasn't paid the customs duties and hasn't picked up the package yet.
hello everyone, I sent a package to Great Britain, customs all ok, the package continued on to the buyer, the buyer already knew they had to pay duty and VAT so for me everything was fine, today I looked at the eBay shipping code and it says
- 13 Jan. 20237:45RECIPIENT HAS NOT PAID-RELEASE ONLINEwhat does it mean, did they not have the cash and didn't pick it up? release online, does that mean I have to do another step to resend the package? or do I not have to do anything and Poste Italiane handles everything.There was a problem with the delivery.above it says this, I think I don't have to do anything else and just wait, right?

Mentore3 years agoFor example, for SDA the shipment release function allows you to release (put back out for delivery) a shipment.
Anyway, check whether the recipient refused the package because of a temporary issue or whether they just don’t intend to pick it up. If the refusal is absolute, there’s no point in insisting.
