Good morning, I sold a hard drive (under warranty), fully working, perfectly packaged and properly delivered through the eBay shipping manager. I didn’t receive any message from the buyer, not even feedback.Then after 20 days I found a return case opened; I provided the return label, but the buyer did not ship within the time set by eBay. An important thing is that when the return case was opened, an image was uploaded and you can clearly see that the label was stuck onto another hard drive.I made two reports to eBay for fraud, but I only got automatic replies, and I find my funds blocked.What do I do?
