I'll keep it brief:I sold an item on eBay with the rule that I do not accept returns. I received the payment, packed it up, and shipped it.The next day, with the package still in transit, he wrote to me saying he had made a mistake and wanted a refund. I pointed out that no returns were accepted.He wrote back saying that then he would refuse the package so I would refund him, and at the same time I received an official refund request that I rejected, explaining the reasons. The refund request was closed by eBay. Today the package was out for delivery and he refused it, as he had said he would (not because it was not as described or damaged, but because he didn't want it anymore). What happens now? Will I really have to refund him, losing the shipping cost twice?
