Hello everyone,I sold a PSA5 graded Pokemon card for the value of 350 euros.The buyer purchased it and today, 18 days later, receives the item.The card had the PSA5 description as well as images of the item as seen below.Upon arrival at its destination, stunned, I receive a message from the buyer telling me that at the time of purchase he had been "high" and had made a mistake because he thought it was PSA7 (higher value), therefore asking me for a full refund.. Any advice on how to protect myself? can I contact eBay support? The user immediately filed a return request, freezing my funds.If you have any advice, thank you very much!
