Mentore2 years agoIf it shows as delivered, there’s no point waiting.
Ask the seller to kindly send you a copy of their shipping receipt.
If the code and address match, it means a courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address. You won’t be able to request a refund, but you’ll have to deal with the courier.

OP2 years agoThe seller may have nothing to do with it.
I never asked for a refund for 12 euros!
The fact that I was at home all day on the date written and didn’t receive it, and after 32 days of waiting I went to buy it from a store, was the worst experience I’ve had with ebay.
I probably won’t use it anymore.
I’m sorry for how everything was handled by ebay and the post office.
