leave buyer feedback
I sold an item on eBay and the buyer chose to pick it up himself. I hadn’t included that option in the listing. Anyway, he paid the shipping, an amount that I refunded when I handed over the item. Now I’d like to mark the sale as complete, but the program says I still need to ship the item. How can I fix this?

OP3 years agoThe buyer left a positive review, I’m still waiting for the payment deposit into my account, which should happen tomorrow, I hope.

Mentore3 years agoIt’s not possible to do that. If a shipment was planned, the item should have been shipped.
Hope the buyer is honest. If they were to open a dispute for item not received, you would be forced to refund them.
