Leave feedback as a seller for a canceled order
Hello everyone. I received feedback from a buyer who, however, did not receive the item because it was lost in the flood. We had properly canceled the order and I properly refunded him. I can’t leave feedback for him…What should I do? Thanks!

you need to look for your sale here:
Manage orders to ship (ebay.it)
and from the drop-down menu select "Leave Feedback".
