Ebay support hasn't worked anymore since they added the AI chat
It’s no longer possible to contact eBay and talk to a representative; before, they used to call back by phone, now there’s only the chat, which doesn’t work. I spent over 45 minutes trying to talk to a representative via chat, but it always and only answers with AI, without giving any response, says hello and then leaves the chat open without giving any answers. Hi "newsystem are . I’ll leave and come back when you’re done."
