eBay news: now the international eBay code Esus has become EEUS, terrible service
Hi, I bought a lot of dolls from the USA (weight 10 kilos), the seller ships with “Ebay International shipping” which is not the old trusty Global Shipping program that had shipments arrive in Erlanger and from there the packages were sent to Italy, expected time at most 15 days. Now the international shipping center is in Glendale Heights, Illinois, and the packages change code 4 times. Original code EEUS (not Esus!) then it starts with DHL. A madhouse. Currently my package has been in Paris (!) since May 8, and DHL says there is already a new code but it is SDA. I’ve called everyone under the sun, nobody knows anything. The package cleared customs in Paris but still hasn’t arrived in Italy, and Italian Post doesn’t have any information on this SDA code either, which for now appears to be nonexistent. The expected arrival was yesterday, May 17. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Mentore3 years agoThe shipping program has changed from the USA: from GSP to EIS, unfortunately the partners involved as carriers are not specified. https://pages.ebay.com/internationalshippingprogram/seller/terms/

OP3 years agoUnfortunately, yes. And there are also new restrictions. Lately two sellers, unaware that there were limits on package size, shipped the goods. Once the packages arrived in Glendale Heights, my tracking updated with the wording "item not exportable," I obviously got an immediate refund, and, remembering these experiences, I now inform US sellers about the issue of parcel dimensions.
