Are customs fees always the buyer's responsibility?
After a delay of almost a month and a hefty shipping cost..
I had to pay an additional amount for customs!
Don't I have the right to know in advance how much the total will be for what I'm buying??
Could I request a refund? and if so, from whom? Ebay, seller?
I find this unfair and misleading!

Mentore2 years agoWhen you buy from outside the EU, you are the importer, you need to find out the costs before buying, also because the seller cannot know who will buy and the customs costs of each individual country.
You can't ask for any refund, also because there is nothing incorrect or deceptive.
