Good evening, I received an item that does not match the images and I requested a refund. The seller accepts and generates a label for me to attach to the package to send back. However, the label, both at the Italian post office and at other private shipping services, turns out to be invalid (as if there had never been any sale). I pointed this out to the seller, but they keep insisting that the label is valid. What should I do?
