Book purchased but never arrived and I can no longer request a refund

Good morning, on February 6, 2025 I buy a book that then is never shipped to me (and without a tracking code).
I contact the seller to find out if I will ever receive the book and he does not reply.
Now, since a month has passed, I can’t make any other claim to get a refund!
So I use ebay, the seller doesn’t reply, and I’m the one who gets screwed?

You waited too long, now it’s too late.

If eBay doesn't take action against sellers who don't respond voluntarily, I really believe eBay is in collusion with fraudulent sellers...

The marketplace rules are clear, if you don’t know them and don’t follow them, it’s pointless to blame eBay because YOU didn’t follow its advice.
You learn from your mistakes, next time be more proactive.
