Ordered book appears not to have been shipped
Hello, I bought a book on June 7th, the seller says he sent it by ordinary mail, but on my app it shows as not shipped. I kindly asked him for clarification, but rather hastily he told me that I should ask the post office for information myself, implying that postal workers don't know how to do their job .
how should I behave?
