Account restriction only on eBay.de
Hello everyone, for the past few weeks my private account hasn’t been able to place bids on auctions on Ebay.de, while on Ebay.it I have no problems with the same sellers and the same items.
The block message says that my other account (business) has 3 unpaid items in 1 month, but that’s not true since everything shows as paid and delivered, and I have only 1 recent cancellation (my right). The chat is unable to sort it out, coming up with meaningless reasons and passing me on to up to 7 specialists from other supposed departments within a single chat. Do you have any idea what this is about (it seems like Ebay.de is targeting me) and how I can speak to an operator by phone? Thanks
