(Absurd) limitation of sales by Ebay
I sell low-cost postcards. Ebay has absurdly limited my sales because it claims that some disputes have not been closed. Some time ago I received three claims from a crook who bought three postcards from me in the space of about ten days and then said he had not received any of the three letters...
I refunded all three purchases (even though I think he cheated me!) and Ebay is limiting my sales! Absurd. I should point out that I have 206 stars, 100% positive, and I have 5.0 stars on every kind of rating. I asked Ebay to remove this limitation and they replied simply that I need to improve my performance (which is impossible, given that I have always refunded the scammer). What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoIf it’s true that the limitations are due to the decline in performance, as support said, you simply need to improve it... you need to put more effort into sales, trying not to “look like” an abuser, remembering that from January 2024 eBay will be required to report to the Revenue Agency all those private sellers who make more than 30 sales in 2023... and you do that in just one month!
