Seller account limitations and Promoted Listings

Good morning everyone,
I’m an eBay seller and I’m trying to improve my account after some shipping delays caused by suppliers.
I have already:
updated the tracking correctly;
resolved some disputes;
removed problematic listings;
improved the descriptions and listing information.
Some orders are now marked as delivered, but my account still has restrictions and I still can’t use Promoted Listings.
Can anyone tell me:
how long it normally takes eBay to update performance?
whether it’s better to wait or contact support directly?

Mentore4 months agoIn your (numerous) listings you describe yourself as a private seller when it is absolutely obvious that you are not... the account restriction very likely also depends on that.
