Sudden sales limit with no explanation

Good evening, I suddenly found an active Selling Limit due to Below Standard, even though I have all positive feedback (100%) and only 1 neutral in the last year, which was due to a courier delivery delay. Can you help me understand if this is a mistake (as it certainly is) and, above all, reactivate my account as it was?
