I don’t understand why I can’t complete my order, which is the first one. I’m seeing TEMPORARY LIMIT ON PURCHASES . What should I do? thanks

Wait for the imposed "temporary limit" to expire...

You probably tried to buy several items without completing the purchase, or you bought items of significant value.
