I can't find the MONTHLY LIMITS screen

especially in terms of euros, what my limit amounts to

I read in the guide:

"You can see your selling limit in the Seller Console. Here's how:

- Go to the Summary tab in the Seller Console.
- Scroll down to the section related to monthly limits to find out your current limit.

I can't find the "section related to monthly limits"

Hello,

you need to check whether the Sales Limits box is active... to check it, go here:

Overview - eBay Seller Console

at the top right you’ll find "Customize", click it and you need to check that the "Monthly limits" box is enabled.

thanks, I checked, even though I had already looked before...

I have everything enabled, but there isn’t "Monthly limits"

could it be that since it’s a "Premium" subscription there are no limits?

I also have the Premium store and the box is present in the console.

Try checking on this page:

For me, an orange box appears with the limits shown on my account.

I’ll try contacting support, all boxes are active and I don’t have any orange boxes...
