sales limits
hi, I’ve been out of sales limits for a while, I’ve been getting a lot of positive reviews these past few weeks, I wanted to ask if I can increase them, because I really need it. thanks

Mentore2 years agoThe limitations you have will become total if you don't get compliant with VAT number & co., as a private individual you can't sell what you sell the way you sell it, and eBay now has a direct link with the tax authorities and the Guardia di Finanza to report accounts that sell without being compliant.

have you also received negative ones... and since you're a private seller selling like a trader, it's better that you keep a low profile before ebay forces you to switch to a professional account.
And remember that as of January 2024 ebay is required to report to the Revenue Agency anyone who has made more than 30 sales or sold more than €2000 worth of items in the current year, under the new DAC7 directive.
So if ebay doesn't make you get compliant, someone who should will probably take care of it.
