Sales limits for more than 9 years
Good morning, I've had selling limits for 9 years now, they won't let me sell more than 600 euros worth per month, all because of an envious user.
I would like to know what to do given my positive feedback and above-average performance, what I can do.

I definitely don't think this is a "jealous" seller, but probably one of your competitors who, being compliant, reported your unauthorized activity since you have a private account.
So, before thinking about increasing your limits, think about regularizing your position by opening a VAT number and switching to a professional account.
If you ask eBay to increase your limits, that will be the first thing they tell you to do.
