Hello, I'm contacting you because I have an ongoing return with a dispute for an item I bought. Following the tracking, I noticed that the shipment, which was already supposed to have arrived, is going back. Because the seller gave you an incorrect shipping address.

Did you use a seller-provided label or did you buy a return label on ebay?
