The discount for purchasing multiple of an item was not applied
I put an item up for sale by enabling the bulk purchase discount in the settings and giving buyers the chance to save if they buy more than one, but this discount was not applied. The item in question is sold in Italy and costs €25 individually; if the buyer purchases 2, they should get a 15% discount, if they buy 3 the discount is 20%, and for 4 or more items the discount reaches 30%. Yesterday a buyer purchased 5 units and paid €125, but they should have paid €87.50. Why was the discount not applied?

Mentore2 years agoThe discount is applied correctly, I just tried it.
So you need to check how you created the discount code yourself, whether it is limited or not just to Italy... maybe the user wasn’t iktakian.
