Hello. I received an item but I exercised my right to return it. I received confirmation from eBay of the start of the return process with the related ID, but when I try to proceed with purchasing the label, it gives me a server error. I tried to ask for information but I noticed that the order no longer exists. In my eBay account, items purchased 8 years ago appear, but this item does not, so it is impossible for me to proceed even with a request for intervention from eBay. Has this happened to anyone else?
