I've been trying for two days to file a complaint with EBAY and it keeps getting rejected despite the photographic evidence. I was waiting for a package from the USA, a board game, and on June 18 I was delivered this vase you see in the photo. In the item history of what I had ordered, it was marked as delivered, but in reality it wasn't the right package. To verify this, I removed the sticker that showed my address and underneath, even though it has faded, you can clearly read the shipping address transcribed on the invoice that was inside the package. The Ebay service rejected my evidence and also the appeal, and now what can I do to get back the money I spent without receiving what I purchased??!
