Parcel delivered but the customer hasn’t picked it up

Good morning, I sold a chandelier in Sweden, with delivery directly to the customer via Poste Italiane, the chandelier did arrive but at a pickup point, I informed the customer to go and pick it up and he told me that it would take a few days because his freight forwarder will pick it up and send it to America since he runs a shop there, I called eBay because 4 days have passed but the package is still showing there, and she told me that I should stay calm because on Packlink it shows delivered and I’m fine, it’s the customer’s problem if he doesn’t go and pick it up, yes ok but on eBay I still see it marked as shipped and not delivered... can I relax, thanks
