But is it allowed to sell expired products?
I bought an item but it arrived expired, and now he wrote to me that it was written in a small part of the item description and that therefore I won't receive a refund... But is it normal to sell expired products?

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on what you meant to buy, on eBay there is a thriving market for vintage collectible products and, of course, expired ones.
If instead you meant to buy a regularly consumed food product, the sale of these expired products on eBay is not allowed. https://www.ebay.it/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/regole-sui-generi-alimentari?id=4295&st=3&pos=6&query=Regole%20sui%20generi%20alimentari&intent=prodotti%20scaduti&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1198
In this last case, regardless of what the seller says, ask for a return and refund for a non-conforming item (select defective or not working item), with return shipping costs borne by the seller. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&puc=DEFAULT_BUY.BUYER&ri=0
