Given that the possibility of talking via chat has been eliminated, you can't send mail
I pressed the eBay callback button (time 1 min), nothing. I try again after another 15 min (still 1 min) nothing
but do they call you back or is it a fake feature???

Are you sure you haven't put eBay's number on the blacklist?
