I've been trying to get help for almost 1 hour.

I keep getting emails, which I can't reply to, saying they called me, but that's not true. number of requests 5. 5 identical emails. I contact the toll-free number, 800-175052, they say they sent a code for identification, lie. I didn't find anything. if I had to give their support a rating, it's zero (0). absolute nothingness. thanks for letting me vent, but how do I solve the problem? It's about 280.00 euros, more or less, of a problem. Best regards

Try explaining the problem here... maybe someone can give you a tip, without needing to contact support... because I'm afraid you're contacting them the wrong way... you can have them call you back on the number you registered on eBay, try reading this link all the way to the end:
