But if the Posta courier assigned to the pickup doesn't come by, what can I do?
Unfortunately Packink it's impossible to contact them and I have two orders waiting to be picked up, orders for which I paid extra for home pickup. Then for one order I also took out insurance, paid well at 60 euros; if now I have to ship with another courier, do I lose the insurance too, or do I have to pay for it again.
