On December 30. My car LCD that I ordered on December 1 was supposed to arrive
As of today, January 7, it still hasn't arrived because it's stuck in Italian customs. Can you help me get it unstuck? I don't know what to do....

Mentore3 years agoThe seller is not responsible for customs clearance delays (especially during the Christmas holidays). It is not possible to plan with guaranteed delivery times if the item has to go through customs.
If you needed it urgently, you should have made the purchase in a store in the EU.

Mentore3 years agoYou’ve already left negative feedback... that, to me, makes me understand that you have no desire at all to solve the problem...
First you ask for help, you assess whether it’s doable based on the likely advice, and then you decide to leave feedback... don’t leave feedback first and then ask for help...
