DeLonghi coffee machine
Hello everyone, I have a question. I bought a DeLonghi coffee machine and the coffee comes out watery. The seller doesn't accept returns. I asked him if he would replace it, but he doesn't answer. The coffee machine is a week old. The first time he told me to contact DeLonghi support, but where I live there isn't any. I don't even have the receipt. What can I do? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller can refuse a return because you changed your mind, then they are not a professional seller, so I’m afraid you will never be able to get a receipt for the warranty.
But if the item you received has never worked properly, the seller still cannot refuse the return.
Open a return request for an item not as described using the eBay procedure.
The return will be at the seller’s expense.
