Hello, I sold a camera to a user, he paid normally but he didn't go to customs to pay the fees and pick up the item.
Result: eBay is blocking my funds and the user says he still hasn't received the item
A little trick he pulled with other users
What should I do??

Mentore3 years agoIf the buyer has deliberately refused to pay customs duties, the buyer is not covered by eBay buyer protection.
So if they have opened an item not received claim, contact support and explain the issue in detail... only if the tracking clearly shows the refusal!
