How can you contact Ebay by email? I've only found that you can do it by chat with a limited number of characters (I tried writing in chunks, but the operator cut me off without giving me time to finish, he wanted to chat back and forth), or be contacted by phone (they have my number but I don't have theirs), but I'd like what I have to say, and especially what they'll tell me, to remain in writing.
Basically, I don't want to end up chatting or speaking with the usual incompetent person; this is a very delicate issue, which is why I've so far held off from filing a complaint against Ebay at the Court of Jurisdiction.
Can you send an email or certified email to some executive, bypassing the usual useless and lazy operators?
