Malfunction
For some time I have reported that searching for purchases in previous periods returns the response "no orders were found". In 2020 alone (which doesn't even appear) there were as many as 94 purchases. I asked to be called back and when that happened, the phone operator confirmed to me that in 2020 there were no transactions and the only ones that show up are those from 2019. Not even last week's one (?!).
A cherry on top is the payment request message for an item regularly paid with PayPal, on 13/12/2020.
Now I have confirmation of my doubts about who wrote the eBay site software: Pippi Longstocking.
