There is no customs declaration — what can I do?
The shipment check tells me: " Problems reported during the verification for the release of the shipment. Required declaration for release missing" The seller assures me that all the necessary papers were there, as in the previous shipment, which arrived fine.
What can I do, who should I contact? The package comes from Serbia and is now in Italy, stuck.
Has anyone had similar experiences?

Mentore3 years agoDid you receive a document from customs or from the shipping company asking you for something?
Contact the seller, it’s in their interest to provide all the information needed for customs clearance
If it is rejected due to missing documentation, you can request a refund.
If it is rejected because it cannot be imported, you are not entitled to a refund.
