Hello, I bought an item that never arrived because, according to the seller, the courier didn't find me at home... I am requesting eBay's intervention because I was not given a new delivery date, the dispute is being closed without a refund, I also tried the appeal and nothing. I haven't received the item or even a refund. I wonder, does eBay authorize scams ?

Mentore1 year agoIf the courier has certified that delivery was attempted at your address and that then the item remained in storage without anyone bothering to collect it, it’s hard to then ask for a refund.

OP1 year agoDo you think I’m the one who should retrieve it? And how, with what code? I think it went back and the seller never shipped it again. And eBay supports these scams.
