Ordered and paid item not delivered on 19/02/25
Good morning, on 19/02/25 we ordered and paid for an item that was never delivered to us (delivery was expected by 05/03/25). Ebay has no record of this order even though I have the confirmation email. I contacted the seller but he doesn't seem to understand my request for information. What do I need to do to get a refund for the item I never received?
