Partial non-delivery of item
Good evening, I received a package where there were supposed to be 2 identical items. Upon arrival, I found only one item inside. I filed a complaint with eBay.
The seller contacted me and is asking me to withdraw the report and then proceed with a refund for the difference. Is this the correct procedure?

Mentore9 months agoNo, the correct procedure is that the seller processes the refund of the difference and then (not before) you close the claim.
