Delivery failed due to incomplete data
I sold an item and shipped it using the service provided by eBay, printing the corresponding label.
Tracking the shipment, it appears that the item was not delivered due to "Failed delivery due to incomplete data".
What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoWhat matters is having sent it to that address.
If it’s a valuable item, in the event of a dispute it’s better to get the POD (unfortunately SDA and Poste provide it only for a fee), which certifies that the package was sent to that address and that it was not delivered because of an issue with the recipient.
You have to wait and see what the buyer will do, you could offer to send the item again to them (at their expense) while trying to understand why the first shipment didn’t go through.
