Failure to issue a tax receipt
I bought a watch and it arrived without a receipt or fiscal receipt, which are essential at service centers for the warranty. What should I do?.The seller only gave me a transport document in which the VAT number is not indicated, nor is the progressive number of the fiscal document issued.

Mentore3 years agoOnline sellers have no obligation whatsoever to issue any fiscal document... unless there is an EXPLICIT request made before, during, or immediately after the purchase, providing the details needed to issue it...
Even if they wanted to issue it immediately, they don't have the data to do so... you have to give it to them!
The tax code... essential for private individuals... is not data that automatically appears in the buyer's information.
Kind regards.

Mentore3 years agoCommunity professional sellers, in online sales, are not required to issue a fiscal receipt and the invoice is issued only upon the buyer’s explicit request (before or at the time of purchase). Did you buy from a seller who could issue an invoice? Had you asked for it?
