Return not processed due to missing shipping label/details
I didn't return a return because I didn't receive the return label or instructions, and EBAY closed the return. How do I ask to reopen it, explaining why I didn't return it? Thanks

Mentore4 months agoIf the return is at the seller’s expense, they have 3 working days to provide you with the return label.

Basically, you let the process close, and that means you no longer have anything to ask for.
Now there’s nothing more you can do on eBay (I think not even on PayPal); see if you can still do a chargeback on the credit card.
