Failure to receive identity verification code via email
Salve, vi è mai capitato che vi richiedessero come misura di sicurezza, per evitare che altri accedano all'account, di verificare la propria identità sia mediante recapito telefonico sia tramite indirizzo email, ma che il codice via email NON arrivi mai (premetto io utilizzo Virgilio).

if the email is correct, you need to check that it hasn’t ended up in the spam folder.
